Marinated Black Olives

Forgo the expensive olive bar and make your own.  For a snack or a party, this easy recipe has big flavors. 






































2 .6-ounce cans brine cured black olives
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced rosemary
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Mix all ingredients together.
Chill at least 24 hours.
Bring to room temperature before serving.
